Reid, SVP of Data and Analytics at UDig, is a long-time data professional with experience at multiple Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he was the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Markel. Prior to that he held multiple roles at Capital One including VP of Data Engineering.
Roxanne, CEO and Joy at Worker at The Change Decision, is a career change management practitioner at both Fortune 500 and small businesses. She has particularly deep experience in leading organizations through the implementation of their data strategy. Roxanne is currently serving as the Past President of the Board of Directors for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
Ed, President and Joy at Worker at The Change Decision, is a long-time data analyst with experience from Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. He is also a professor of data analytics at the University of Richmond. His area of expertise is in group decision-making and the role of the leader in implementing that decision. Ed is a former Navy Pilot.
